The TJFP has an intern!

Chriss is the Trans Justice Funding Project’s newest (and first!) intern.

As a BA/MA Sociology student and McNair Scholar, Chriss is an avid believer in activist research, frequently working within queer organizations in New York City through volunteer work and academic networking.  More recently, she has focused her energies on collective action within New York’s queer youth population through informational discourse, event planning and social engagement.

Over the next year Chriss will be working hard with TJFP to grow our successes from last year and help us make even more of an impact with the 2014 funding cycle.
