Cecilia Chung, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Evaluation at Transgender Law Center, is internationally recognized as a civil rights leader, advocating for HIV/AIDS awareness and care, LGBT equality, and social justice. She was the architect of the Transgender Economic Empowerment Initiative in San Francisco, a founder of San Francisco Trans March and Positively Trans, a network of trans and non-binary BIPOC living with HIV. Cecilia is currently a member of the San Francisco Health Commission and a member of AIDS United Board of Trustees. An immigrant from Hong Kong, Cecilia has lived in San Francisco for over 20 years where she has worked locally and internationally to advance equality and justice.
